I think that both the Bay of Pigs and the Cuban Missile Crisis contributed to the assassination of Kennedy. Both of these events created enemy's for the president. The Bay of Pigs was a total disaster when Kennedy did not fulfill his side of the deal by sending air support in to soften the beach. That made the CIA look very bad resulting in the first of the two enemy's Kennedy made. the second enemy that Kennedy made was the mafia. Because of the government change in Cuba the gangs lost all of their estates and most of their money invested into Cuba. This in turn put a big target on the head of kennedy now by two major groups. As stated in many conspiracy reports it is believable that both parties could have been involved. One as the doers and the other tasked with hiding the trail.
did the bay of pigs or the cuban missle crisis have anything to do with the kennedy assassination?1/22/2015

The US was very determined to eliminate the spread of communism. In order to complete this task of stunting the growth of communism the US put out groups in several different parts of the world. These groups were called: OAS based out of central america, ANZUS out of New Zealand and Australia, SEATO out of Asia, and finally CENTO in the middle east. These groups fell under the group called doctrine of containment. This was created by Dwight D. Eisenhower who the new US president replacing Harry Truman. These groups were to join the already existing NATO group that were all set out to disband the uprising of any types of communism.
During the mid 1900s the US was becoming very concerned with the possibility of a communist uprising. Because of this the US wanted to stop the spread of communism all together. This brought them to Europe. The US president at the time, Truman, gave 400 million dollars to turkey and Greece to show that it was beneficial to them to not go communist. After this it became very clear that the US was drawing a "line in the sand." It became apparent to many European countries that they would be getting paid if they simply didn't go communist. This money was being transferred in an excuse to help the countries that were damaged thought the course of the war but money was given to other countries which didn't even participate in the war. This was another driving for to the stop of the spread of communism.
