Summary
War reparations were set on Germany post WWI. War reparations are a tax that Germany had to pay. The Problem with these reparations was they were set so high that Germany couldn't even pay off the interest. This caused Germany to collapse economically and gave the french the ability to walk into their land and take what they wanted straight from the factory. This left Germany enraged.
